Knowle Photographic is able to send packets and parcels all over the Uk. We strive to despatch orders as quickly as possible and most of the time will despatch items before the stated production time. Please note these times are guidelines only. On the rare occasions when we may experience issues beyond our control, no guarantee is made with regard to how long your order may be in the lab. Knowle Photographic will not be held responsible for any losses suffered by such delays.

Returns & Refund Policy

Knowle Photographic understands the value of every picture you take, if you find you are dissatisfied with any digital print or gift for any reason we will provide you with a replacement as long as you let us know within 14 days of date of receipt. We ask that the unsatisfactory pictures/gifts are returned to us to investigate.

Can I cancel an order I've placed but haven't received?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or adjust any online orders. If you believe that you've placed an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible

If you charge your mind on any of our frames purchases instore, we offer a 14 day exchange or refund policy of date of receipt. We ask you to bring along with you your purchase receipt.
